Try to get the actual disconnect reason instead of guessing. Run netsh wlan show wlanreport in an admin command prompt, it spits out an html report with a timeline of every disconnect and why.
You can also find them in Event Viewer under WLAN-AutoConfig (event 8003). It'll tell you whether your PC left the network or got kicked off, which narrows things down a lot. Post what the report says if you get a chance.
