I have a vision of creating a universal external device that contains installations of both Windows 10 and 11, complete with a digitally licensed purchased, intended for third-party use. This will include personal information provided by the third party such as name, phone number, and email address.

Here are the key questions I am pondering:

1. Is it possible to install Windows 10 and 11 on a new external device, with a digital license associated with a Microsoft account that is different from the account linked to the device it will be connected to? Essentially, can I create such a device using my desktop PC?

2. Will these external devices function on the computer of the third party that supplied me with their information?

3. To clarify further, my objective is to develop an external device for commercial purposes. It will have Windows 11 and Windows 10 installed, both activated with a digital license tied to a Microsoft account provided by a third party. Can this undertaking be carried out using my desktop computer?

4. In the scenario where the answers to the above questions are negative, is there an alternative solution to create a universal external device, possibly utilizing a local account of the third party and activating the digital license, enabling the sale of the device to the third party with the licenses already purchased?
