Install bluetooth mouse and keyboard without mouse and keyboard

Good Day

I have a Logitech mouse and keyboard that use a single bluetooth dongle unifying receiver. I want to replace them with a new mouse and keyboard that does not have a dongle but connects directly via Windows 10 bluetooth. I don't seem to be able to do this without first disabling the Logitech dongle, but if I uninstall it, I have no way to provide input so I can set up the new ones I bought. Catch 22! I don't have a wired USB mouse I can use and would rather not have to go out and buy one. Any ideas?
