In Windows 10, the ctfmon.exe file in the system32 folder is logging every keystroke I make.

I noticed that ctfmon.exe (located in the system32 directory) seems to be logging every keystroke I make. Is this normal behavior? Does it transmit keystroke data to anyone or any server?
