In Windows 10 22H2, moving the mouse does not wake the system from sleep

My system is Windows 10 22H2. Whenever I move the mouse after the system has gone to sleep, the screen turns on immediately. I have already unchecked the “Allow this device to wake the computer” option in the mouse properties under Device Manager, but the issue persists. How can I completely disable the mouse wake-up feature?
