I switched back to Windows 10—I just couldn't stand the issues with Windows 11.
When I initially set up my username, I accidentally included an extra character, so I later changed it following the tutorial. However, the system now displays both the old and new usernames, and when I click on the folder with the old name, only one folder remains. Does this situation affect the system or my account? Was the name change successful? How can I resolve this issue completely?

If you can log in with your new username and access your files and settings, the change was likely successful.
