I removed the administrator from my account, I am the only account on my pc

How did you removed the administrator account?
You need to be administrator or have a sufficient permission to be able to remove the administrator account and you couldn't remove administrator account as standard user.
In case you remove the administrator with your current account, you should be administrator.

- im not sure how i did it, but i remember i was trying to delete my password so i can on my pc without putting password, and somehow (bcs im retard and dont read warnings) i removed administrator from my administrator account, so i was admin and me as admin deleted it from my account so now im just a user
- Windows will not let you to remove your own account , so I guess you have another administrator account.
Did you run any commands?- i could even share screen to you on discord if u really want to help me
