I need your help, how to fix?
I attempted to reinstall Windows 10, but when I tried to do so, the laptop couldn't find any internal hard drives.

Hi MatildaOP, when Windows setup cannot see the internal drive, it is often storage controller mode or a missing storage driver. Check firmware settings first and confirm the drive is detected there. If firmware sees it, download the storage driver from the laptop maker and load it during Windows setup; if firmware does not see it, the drive may be disconnected, failed, or disabled in device settings.
