I have deleted some folders in the registry editor and would like to have them back

hello as stated in the title i deleted some folders in the registry editor unintentionally i would like to have them back how do i do this? these are the folders here : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\IDConfigDB\Hardware Profiles\0001

    If you have a backup registry, double-click the .reg file to restore it; otherwise, you will need to reinstall the relevant software or restore the system.
