Hi Chosenwass, if the icon appeared after installing a repack or unofficial download, treat it as potentially unsafe until proven otherwise. I would disconnect from the internet, uninstall the related app, run a full Microsoft Defender scan, then run Microsoft Defender Offline scan. Also check Startup apps and Task Scheduler for anything new or unknown. Repack installers often bundle extra components, so if the system keeps acting strangely after cleanup, backing up personal files and reinstalling Windows is the safer route.
