I can't start common apps from my W10 menu: a strange sceen appears

Hello,

Every time I try to start an app like calendar, calc, paint, etc.  appears only this strange "blank" screen:


 

The mistery is that I can start these same apps from the command prompt smoothly and without trouble!
I've tried a W10 update, login with different user...sadly no luck...

Any Clue (different from a SYSOP re-installation)?

    Hi fabianope 

     

    Have a look in Event Viewer, Application, if you can find a related event just when you try to open those apps.

    Double click, copy and paste here.

    Please provide make and model of your computer.
