I am stuck on the set up on Windows 10 PC

I recently reset my Windows 10 computer, like a full on reset, now that aside, I tried to log back in and so the usual but couldn't, I don't know why I just straight up can't, I did log in to my MS account but now I'm stuck here, no matter what option I pick it won't continue.
