I am having problem with my Windows 10 keeps on crashing on me

I have a brand new laptop and there are only very few applications installed  but it is taking soooo long to open any applications.   What should I do?

Please give a look to Task Manager / Performance.

Is the CPU, or perhaps the Disk, at 100% ?

    Thank you Salvatore Biscari. I will do that when I get home tonight. I was also thinking it may be caused by some malware or viruses, but it's a brand new pc....shouldn't really be happening right?
