If you are going to transfer Windows 10 to new computer. Maybe FOG Project can help you do that. FOG Project is an open-source network cloning and management solution primarily designed for deploying operating systems, including Windows, across multiple computers over a network. It is often used in enterprise or educational environments to mass-deploy images.

Install necessary drivers: Make sure all drivers are up to date.
Sysprep Windows: To generalize the image for deployment on different hardware, run Sysprep:
Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run: C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe
Choose "Enter System Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)", check "Generalize," and select "Shutdown" for the shutdown option.

Once the capture completes, the image is stored in the FOG server.
4. Deploy the Image to the New Computer
Prepare the new computer:
PXE boot the new machine (set network boot as primary in BIOS/UEFI).
Boot into the FOG PXE menu.
Deploy the image:

The deployed Windows may need drivers installed for the new hardware.
You might need to run Windows Activation Troubleshooter if activation issues occur.
Complete the Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) on first boot.
