How to repair the Windows code page?

Hello, 

a while ago after the installation of some tool (unfortunately I don't remeber which it was exactly) it seems something has happened to my codepage settings.

Since then I experience missing "umlaute", which are some special charaters in german language.

They are fine in 90% of all programs, but reliably missing in setup-windows and today i noticed they are missing in e.g. ultraISO too.

Do you have an idea about how to repair it?

    Seems solved.

    The beta UTF-8 support was checked.

    Hi TrialError  

     

    Check Settings/Language if German is everywhere.

    Create a new administrator, login with it and check if the problem's still there.
