Outlook.com is a free online email service provided by Microsoft. On Windows 10 systems, you can access it by logging in with a browser or your Microsoft 365 account. It supports recovering recently deleted emails through the Deleted Itemsand Recoverable Items features.
How to recover deleted emails on Windows 10
- Access Outlook.com via a browser and log in with your Microsoft account.
- Click Deleted Items” on the left side, find the email you want to recover, select it, and click Restore at the top.
- If you cant find the email you want to recover in Deleted Items, clickRestore Deleted Items at the top of the folder.
- Next, open the Junk Email folder to see if any emails were mistakenly placed there. If you find one, select it and click Not Junk Email.
