Making sure you've checked the Deleted Items folder in Outlook 365. Even if you've emptied the Trash, there's a small chance the emails might still be recoverable. Use the "Recoverable Items" folder: If the emails are not in the Deleted Items folder, check the "Recoverable Items" folder. This folder stores items that have been permanently deleted from your Outlook account.
To access it to recover deleted email windows 10:
- Open Outlook 365 and navigate to the "Home" tab.
- Click on "View" and select "Folder Pane".
- Click on "Recoverable Items" (it might be hidden under the "More folders" menu).
