Quasimodo1015 Did you backup your email with Outlook app before? Usually, the backup file will be saved as .pst, which is a data file used by Microsoft Outlook to store a user's mailbox data. You can easily recover permanently deleted emails on Windows 10 from PST backup.
Launch Microsoft Outlook and import the backup PST file. You can do this by:
File -> Open & Export-> Import/Export -> Import from another program or file
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next." Browse to the location of your PST file and Select the folder you want to import from and the destination folder, then click "Finish." The emails from the backup file will now be available in your Outlook folders.
