How to know if Driver Compatibility on computer?
Your graphics card and USB hub can appear installed yet still have a driver, port, power, or hardware problem; Windows has no single compatibility test. Open Device Manager, expand Display adapters, USB controllers, and Other devices, then inspect Properties > General for a Device status error code and Driver for provider, version, and date. Install Windows Update and Optional driver updates, then obtain Windows 10 drivers from the graphics-card and motherboard manufacturers only. Restart and test the hub directly in each USB port without other devices; if failures stop, the hub, cable, port, or power is implicated. If a device shows an error, uninstall it in Device Manager, restart, and let Windows reinstall it. Avoid Driver Verifier on this PC: Microsoft describes it as a testing tool that can deliberately crash Windows. Windows 10 support ended in October 2025, so plan an upgrade if the PC supports Windows 11.
