How to get Windows 11 light blue color on Windows 10?

I want the light blue accent color from Windows 11. How to set it in Windows 10?

    Turn on "Automatically pick an accent color from my background" if you want Windows to choose a color based on your wallpaper.

    Scroll down to Choose your accent color. Select Manual if it's not already selected. From the color palette, pick the light blue color similar to Windows 11's accent.(The Windows 11 light blue is usually a soft, bright blue, often around hex code #0078D4).

    Did you try to set your fav. accent colour within the settings?

    I believe that Windows 10 is unable to display colours in the same way as Windows 11.
