How to get through Technical Support Crap ?
Trying to resolve some Windows garbage and cannot even get into support.
- I tried to find the phone support - not existent anymore "-(
- I tried to get on-line support and the Windows Help led me to the link which opens the Chat page with the idioptic message: "You are not the owner of the case."
Anybody has any suggestions how can I talk to some real person ? Microsoft Support is a nightmare

Sometimes, the phone number listed on your product key is still valid. Check the key packaging or the email confirmation letter you received when you purchased the product.
On the Microsoft Support website, select Contact Support, enter your agent ID, and choose a sales category to be connected to a live agent.
