How to Fix Windows 10 Getting Stuck on the BIOS Screen During Startup

When I turned on my computer today, it suddenly got stuck on the BIOS screen. I had to disable Secure Boot to boot into the system normally. I’d like to re-enable Secure Boot and boot up normally again. How can I fix this issue?
