How to Enable a Windows Vista-Style Application Interface in Windows 10?

Without using any third-party customization tools, I have observed a Windows Vista-style application interface on the taskbar of an official brand laptop/desktop running Windows 11. This feature appears to be a built-in official characteristic of Windows 11, but I cannot find any option to enable or configure it in the current device settings. Seeking specific activation methods and the official name of this feature.

Windows 11 introduced a new visual style with centered icons, rounded corners, and a modernized taskbar, but it also retains some legacy visual elements that might resemble Vista in certain configurations.

Some older desktop applications (especially those built for Windows Vista/7) can trigger legacy visual styles in their title bars and window frames when running in compatibility mode.

This specific interface style is often part of the "Tablet experience" or "Tablet mode" settings, designed to optimize the UI for touchscreen devices or convert the desktop environment into a more touch-friendly, simplified interface. On some devices, especially official brand laptops or desktops, this mode may activate automatically or be part of the device’s optimized experience.

The Vista-style interface on the taskbar may be a pre-installed theme, visual style, or a system setting that is part of Windows 11's customization features, possibly unlocked via built-in options or official features.
