How to disable ads on the lock screen and UI interface in Windows 10 systems
Automatically displaying irrelevant content such as weather, financial markets, sports news, and daily trivia on the lock screen and system interface. I wish to completely disable these push modules.

The lock screen sometimes shows Windows Spotlight images, which can include ads or suggestions for Microsoft products.
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to Personalization > Lock screen.
Under Background, change it from Windows Spotlight to either Picture or Slideshow. This is the most effective way to stop them.
Scroll down and ensure the toggle for Get fun facts, tips, tricks, and more on your lock screen is turned Off.

I have the same issue and everything related to the lock screen is disabled. This just started for me after the latest KB5065429. After unisntalling the KB I still have the issue. I've also attempted these: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-nz/answers/questions/5535974/lock-screen-notifications-keep-coming-back-every-t
So, what I'm going to do is restore an image based backup and disable windows update.
