How to completely remove or uninstall stubborn apps on windows 10?

Some apps on a Windows 10 PC just refuse to uninstall properly. Even after using "Apps & Features" or Control Panel, the program either throws an error, won't uninstall, or still leaves files behind. It's frustrating because the app seems gone, but it still takes up space or shows traces on the system.

So how can I completely uninstall apps on windows 10?

Not very experienced with advanced methods, so unsure how to deal with leftover files, registry entries, or hidden folders. Also worried about deleting the wrong thing and causing system issues. Tried restarting and uninstalling again, but it didn't fully solve the problem.

When trying to uninstall apps on windows 10, the built-in Apps & Features option is usually the first and safest place to start. It provides a simple interface where all installed programs are listed, making it easy to locate and uninstall unwanted software without needing any technical skills. For most common apps, this method works smoothly and completes the uninstall process in just a few clicks.

This method is especially useful for beginners if you want to uninstall programs from Windows 10 because it avoids complicated steps like using command lines or editing system files. It is designed by Microsoft to handle standard uninstall tasks, so there is minimal risk of damaging the system. However, while it removes the main program, it may not always clean up leftover files or hidden data completely.

    Pros:

    Easy to use and beginner-friendly

No need to install additional software

Safe and built directly into Windows 10

    Quick process for most applications

    Cons:

May leave leftover files and registry entries

Not effective for stubborn or corrupted apps

Some apps may not uninstall properly or show errors
