how to completely change windows 10 language to English

hi every one,

i have changed display language to English but it did not completely change to English ,i still get settings in Arabic

so my default language is English

i am using windows 10 version 1909(OS build 18363.418) 

how to completely change windows to English

    Under Preferred languages, click Add a language.

    Search for English (you can select English (United States) or your preferred variant).

    Click Next, then check Install language pack and Set as my display language (if available).

    Click Install.

    The reason this happens is that by just changing the "Display Language," you are only telling Windows to try its best to show things in English. However, the core system files (sometimes called the "bottom layer") and some apps have a deeper setting that needs to be manually updated. Fortunately, there is a specific extra step to force the rest of the system to switch over.
