How long until the "Enroll to ESU" link shows up in Settings?

I am running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations with all latest updates installed, build 19045.6218.
I am logged in with my MS Account, am backing up my settings... meaning my PC does fullfill all requirements for the free year of ESUs.

    1. Open administrative Command Prompt.

    2. Paste this command and press Enter key:

    reg.exe query "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\ConsumerESU"
