How does the small-core scheduling perform when installing Windows 10 on an i7-13700F?

When installing Windows 10 on an i7-13700F processor, does the scheduling mechanism for the big.LITTLE architecture function properly? Are additional settings or patches required to optimize the use of the small cores?

The issue lies with the operating system's "scheduler"—the part of Windows that decides which core gets which task. Windows 10 was released before the big.LITTLE architecture existed, so its scheduler cannot properly interpret the Intel Thread Director's recommendations.
