Using the Copy and Forward method is a free way to print text messages from iPhone for court hearing, the Copy and Forward method uses only built-in features of the iPhone's Messages app.
How to print text messages from iPhone for court hearing:
Step 1: Select the messages
- Open the conversation you need in the Messages app
- Tap and hold on any message bubble until a pop-up menu appears
- Select "Moreā¦" from the menu
Step 2: Choose which messages to include
- Small circles will appear next to each message bubble
- Tap the circles to select all the messages you want to print. You can scroll through the conversation and select as many as you need
Step 3: Forward the selection
- Tap the forward arrow icon in the bottom right corner
- The selected messages will be collected into a single new message
Step 4: Copy and paste into another app
- From the new message, you can copy the collected text
- Paste it into an app that supports printing, such as Notes, Pages, or Mail
- From there, you can print the document or save it as a PDF
