How do I make win10 use earphone butttons to control media?

To be clear, I am not talking about wired earphones, I read about how wired earphones' buttons don't work

I mean to ask how I can use my wireless earpods - Samsung Pods to be exact - to actually manipulate videos and music. 

Normally, in my phone, I can just single / double / triple tap to play and pause / next / previous.

This works with cortana and with groove music, but nothing else. I understand that win10 is not a samsung-affiliated product, but I'd like if I can single tap my pods to click in pc. Then I can hover my mouse where I want it to and click with my pods. Not the best solution, but it will make using my pods more viable.
