How can I translate text from an image on my pc?

Google Lens is Google's tool for translating text from images (OCR). Here's how to use it:

On phone (Android or iPhone):

1. Open the Google app (or Google Photos) and tap the Lens icon (the camera-like icon in the search bar).

2. Point your camera at the text, or select an existing photo from your gallery.

3. Lens will automatically detect and highlight the text.

4. Tap Select all (or drag to select part of it), then tap Copy text.

5. Paste it wherever you need — notes, messages, docs, etc.

On desktop (Chrome browser):

1. Right-click any image on a webpage.

2. Choose "Search with Google Lens" (or similar, depending on your Chrome version).

3. In the panel that opens, look for a text/select option to highlight and copy the detected text.

P.S. Lens works best with clear, well-lit, non-blurry images, and it needs an internet connection to work. If it is not working, then you should try a dedicated image translator tool so you can safely transfer text from image.
