How can I split a pdf into single pages on Windows 10?
Using PDFgear to split a PDF into single pages is super straightforward, and the best part is that the tool is completely free with no watermarks or page limits.
The most direct way to learn how to split PDF into single pages is to use the "Split PDF" function found in the Tools menu.
1. Open your PDF in PDFgear.
2. Click on the Tools tab at the top.
3. Select Split PDF .
4. You'll then be asked to choose a split method. To get every single page as its own file, you'll want to use the "Custom Range" option and manually enter the page ranges (like "1, 2, 3..."), or use the "Fixed Range" and set the interval to "1" . This tells the program to treat each page as its own separate file.
5. Click Split. Once it's done, a folder will pop up containing all your individual PDF pages .
There's also a more visual route if you prefer to see the pages as thumbnails. This is another great way how to split PDF into single pages.
1. Open your PDF in PDFgear.
2. Look for the Page tab or the page thumbnail view on the side panel .
3. Here, you'll see all the pages as thumbnails. You can right-click on any page and select Extract Pages . To get each page as a single file, you'd need to extract them one by one, which is great if you only need a few specific pages, but a bit tedious for a whole document.
