Dealing with PDF forms shouldn't require printing them out or creating online accounts. Hbot acts as a pdf sign tool free of these hassles, allowing you to add a visible signature right on your Windows desktop.
Using a free PDF sign tool on Windows:
[ Open the document ] Import the PDF into Hbot and navigate to the page requiring your signature.
