How can I recover permanently deleted files on Windows 10?

Sure! You have to set it up beforehand, If it wasn't running before you hit that delete button, you're out of luck! It backs up files to an external drive or network location, and those can fill up pretty fast. If you're saving a bunch of huge files or have limited space on your backup drive, File History might delete older versions to make room for new ones. So, if you're hoping to restore something from months ago, it might not be there anymore. Talk about a letdown!
