How can I get more info about health event logged by miniport (Storport)?

Every time on boot I receive miniport error events for 2 of my HDDs:

My issue is that this does not tell me much about the actual problems it sees with the harddrives. Why  isfixed HDD with SATA hotplug disabled got " rescanned and changes were detected"? Why is there dozen of empty miniport health log events that are classified as errors but no further info provided?

Is there a way to enable more detailed logging and get insight into actual data on the the logged event?
