How can I force uninstall programs that won't uninstall on windows 10?
Every time I attempt to uninstall a 3rd-party antivius through the standard Settings menu or the Control Panel, I either get a cryptic error message or the uninstaller simply hangs and never complete...

Steps to Force Uninstall Programs in Safe Mode:
1. Enter Safe Mode:
- Click on the Start menu and select Settings.
- Navigate to System > Recovery.
- Under Advanced startup, click Restart now.
- After your PC restarts, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings.
- Click Restart.
- When your PC restarts again, press 4 to select Enable Safe Mode.
2. Uninstall the Program:
- Once in Safe Mode, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
- Find the program you want to remove.
- Click Uninstall.
