How can I download or save instagram to mp4 without watermark?

My favorite way for saving instagram reels as mp4. Copy the link, analyze the video and it will give you the download options.

Use Instagram's built-in option for downloading Instagram to MP4. This is the safest choice for public Ins Reels when the creator has enabled downloads.

1. Open the Reel in the Instagram mobile app.

2. Tap the Share icon.

3. Select Download.

4. The video will be saved to your Photos or Gallery, normally as an MP4 file.

Instagram allows public-account Reels to be downloaded unless the account owner disables that option. Some downloaded Reels may include the creator’s username or an Instagram watermark.

Best for: Quickly saving individual public Reels

Limitation: The Download button may be unavailable for private accounts, protected content or creator-disabled downloads.
