I had the same issue with my DIY PC—no OS. I used WonderISO appto create a Windows 10 installation USB, and it was super simple. Just a few clicks, and I was ready to install Windows—perfect for non-techies like me!
Rebeccacuo If you don't have a Windows PC or Mac, then buy a bootable USB/DVD from Microsoft, which comes with a product key for Windows 10. This is the easiest way to make a Windows 10 installation media USB without a computer.
I suggest borrowing a Windows laptop temporarily as there are so many free media creation tools available for PC. And the steps are very easy to follow. One thing to note is that make sure the partition scheme is UEFI, as it is more advanced than legacy BIOS.
