How can I convert arw to jpg on Windows PC in bulk?
- Sep 25, 2024
I had the same issue with ARW files from my Sony camera, and Any2Pic (https://www.uumeo.com/raw-to-jpg) worked perfectly for bulk converting them to JPG. It’s simple and keeps the quality, so I could easily use the images in Dreamweaver.
Windows Photo Viewer plus Paint is a bit like "making steel with primitive methods", but it can be used. In terms of operation, you first open your ARW file with Windows Photo Viewer, then right-click and select "Open with Paint". Then in Paint, just "Save as JPG".
However, if you want to batch process, this method is indeed a bit tiring, after all, each one must be converted manually. If you only do this for a few pictures occasionally, it's okay, but if you have a lot of ARW files, you may soon have a headache. Otherwise, you should look at Adobe's tools, which will make batch processing much easier!
