How can I convert arw to jpg on Windows PC in bulk?
- Sep 25, 2024
I had the same issue with ARW files from my Sony camera, and Any2Pic (https://www.uumeo.com/raw-to-jpg) worked perfectly for bulk converting them to JPG. It’s simple and keeps the quality, so I could easily use the images in Dreamweaver.
If you just slap your ARW files into a converter and convert, you might end up with JPGs that look washed out or totally off-color. Make sure to check how your software handles color profiles. Using software like Photohop or Lighroom lets you manage color profiles, but if you're rolling with a basic converter, you might miss out. Not every ARW to JPG converter software does a good job. Some free ones can mess up your images or compress them far too much, killing the quality. I'd recommend sticking with reliable software like Adobe Lighroom, Adobe Camer Raw, or even basic Microsoft Photos for simple conversions.
