How can I compress a video file for email on Windows 10?
The outlook app says the video size is too large and I can't send the video via email. The video is recorded as MP4 with the Snipping Tool in Windows 10. I have to compress the video file before send...

How to compress a video file
- Search for and open the app in the Start menu.
- Tap Create New Video.
- Tap “Import Media” and select your video file.
- Drag and drop the video onto the timeline.
- Tap the export button in the upper-right corner.
- Select 1080p or 720p.
- Tap Export and save the compressed video to your device.
