How can I clear browser cache from chrome?
To free up space and remove stored data from Chrome on a Windows PC, you need to clear browser cache Chrome. Here's how you can do it:
First, open the Chrome browser. Then, look for the menu icon, which is three dots stacked vertically, located at the top-right corner of the window. Click on it to open a menu. From there, hover over "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data..." from the options that appear.
Alternatively, you can quickly access this window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del on your keyboard.
Once the "Clear browsing data" window pops up, you'll see options to select what you want to delete. To clear the cache, make sure the box next to "Cached images and files" is checked. You can also choose to delete other types of data, like cookies or browsing history, if you wish.
Next, choose the time range for which you want to clear browser cache Chrome. To remove everything, select "All time" from the dropdown menu.
Finally, click the "Clear data" button. Chrome will then erase the cached files, freeing up space and potentially improving browsing performance.
