How can I backup iphone to pc without itunes?

I want to backup the media files (photos, music and videos) from my iPhone to my Windows 11 PC. I know iTunes for iPhone backup. But it only takes a full backup of iPhone but it can't view the files after backup. This is the reason why I prefer backing up iPhone to PC without iTunes. It is an awful software for Windows 11 users.

What is the best way to backup iphone to pc? There are about 200GB data to be transferred from iPhone to PC. The Bluetooth transfer is so slow and unreliable. If you know a safe and fast way for iphone backup to pc, please don't hesitate to share it here.

Thank you

I don't recommend using iTunes as it is a poor choice for backing up iphone to a Windows PC.

How to backup iPhone to PC? App-Based Wireless Transfer is the most user-friendly. It involves installing a free app on your iPhone and a companion program on your Windows PC to transfer files over your local Wi-Fi network.

LocalSend: This is an open-source, cross-platform file transfer tool. Think of it as a universal AirDrop that works between your iPhone and Windows PC. It's completely free, has no ads, and doesn't require an internet connection—just a local Wi-Fi network. You can quickly send photos and videos from your phone to your PC, though it's a manual process per file or batch rather than a one-click backup of your entire library.

AirBackup (LazyBackup): This app is purpose-built for backups. It's described as completely free with no registration required. You install it on your iPhone and a companion app on your PC. To start a backup, you simply scan a QR code, and your photos are transferred securely over your local Wi-Fi.

If you are looking for information on how to backup iPhone to PC, and if you want the simplest, most user-friendly experience for backing up photos and videos over Wi-Fi, AirBackup is likely your best bet. If you need a versatile tool for occasional file transfers of any type (not just backups) and value cross-platform flexibility, LocalSend is a fantastic choice.
