HELP - windows updated and parallels won't run

Hi Colbybt, if Parallels stopped working right after a Windows update, the first thing to check is whether virtualization is still enabled and whether Parallels Tools is current. In Windows, also check optional updates for display or system drivers. If you are on a Mac host, open the VM configuration from Parallels Control Center while the VM is shut down and review CPU, memory, and advanced hardware settings there. If the VM will not boot at all, take a snapshot or copy the VM file before changing anything.
