google chrome is slow after windows 10 update to 20h2

Hello
My Google Chrome has slowed down after updating to version 20h2 and has a stroke every few seconds.
I reset the settings but no change was made, I also disabled the hardware acceleration option, no change was made
I even deleted Google Chrome and reinstalled the latest version, but it still didn't change.
These problems do not exist on edge and firefox

my cpu: core i7 4702 mq

gpu: gt740m

windows 10 enterprise 20h2 update

    do you mean that every few seconds the browser becomes unresponsive ?

        If Firefox and even Edge (a Chromium based browser) don't have this problem then I think it's safe to assume it's isolated to Chrome.
        you can file a feedback using Chrome browser and also file a feedback from feedback hub app about this problem so both developer teams will have a chance to look into this.
