Free Upgrade option disappeared from my wife's laptop

My wife's laptop has Windows 10 Pro - 64 bits installed and she would like to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. The "free upgrade" was available one week ago ...  disappeared today and could not find this link any more. I tried to the "Upgrade" menu in the settings, but only "normal" upgrade are displayed Is the free upgrade to Windows 11still available ? If the answer is "yes", how can I access it ?

    Upgrading to Windows11 if you have a Windows10 license -> it's free!

    The easiest and most secure way is - downloading the Windows11 Installation Assistant, this is a proven method, I will add a link , 

     

    Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

    If your wife's laptop meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11 (which can be found on the Microsoft website), you can try upgrading to Windows 11 Pro. Keep in mind that this might still require a paid upgrade.

    Check System Requirements: Ensure that the laptop meets the minimum system requirements for the upgrade. Compatibility issues can sometimes cause the upgrade option to disappear.

    Windows Update Settings:

    Check for Upgrade Availability: If you are referring to a specific upgrade (like Windows 10 to Windows 11), ensure that Microsoft is still offering the upgrade for free. Sometimes promotions can change.

    Use Windows Installation Assistant: If the option is no longer visible, consider using the Windows Installation Assistant or the Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website to manually upgrade.
