Frametime Spikes on Windows Install
Hi, ive been experiencing some frametime stutters even with vsync on, both in games and on video playback, they appear as the frame sort of jolting in the direction of camera panning for a split second then returning to normal (difficult to explain).so i decided to try to install another windows install to another drive and used the vsynctester stie on both drives and the frametime graph spiked alot more on the on install than it did on the fresher install. is there any way to find out what is causing this to happen on my original windows install? and if i do need to swap over to that install is there any way to migrate my files and such so theyre easily accesible on the second install? i dont really want to go through th hastle of bookmarks, saved passwords, installed apps etc.

Frametime stutters can be caused by a variety of factors, including background processes, driver issues, system settings, or hardware bottlenecks. Since you've already tested on a fresh Windows installation and noticed worse performance, it suggests the issue might be related to software or system configuration on your original setup.
