Found this Windows 10 demo stand at a tech store – anyone know how rare these are?

Stumbled across this at a local tech store earlier today—looks like an old Windows 10 demo kiosk or display stand. Not sure if it was part of a promotional setup or something stores used to showcase the OS back in the day.

Honestly can't remember the last time I saw one of these in the wild. Does anyone know if these are actually rare, or are they still floating around in retail stores?
