Files saved with wrong File Modified Date

I have a user with Windows 10 Pro that is seeing files they are saving with the wrong File Modified date. For a while it was 7 days off now it is 14. Anyone else having this issue?

    I just started having this issue with image files (photoshop and the like). No onbvious culprit such as wrong clock time or recent updates.

    Search online forums and support websites to see if other users have reported similar issues with Windows 10 Pro or any specific software installed on the computer. There may be known bugs or workarounds available.
