Files becoming corrupted without obvious reason

Lately, I've been noticing that random files on my Windows 10 system—like documents, photos, and even program executables—are becoming corrupted for no apparent reason, showing errors when I try to open or move them. This happens with both old files I haven't touched in months and newly created ones, and I've already scanned for viruses and checked my hard drive health, so I'm baffled and need advice on what else could be causing this silent data corruption.
